I am really sorry about all the confusion, something went wrong behind the scenes where some of you were seeing multiple items added into your carts. I bring only good news! Since I didn't 'lock' these orders in yet, that means payment won't go through even if you completed the survey. I was able to get into contact with backerkit too in the meantime where they were able to fix and auto-update all surveys with the changes~ Including shipping where it was calculating the add-ons separately. Backerkit let me know that even those who completed their surveys will see these changes which you should be able to view and make changes your survey until the end of September.

Hello everyone!
Surveys have been slowly going out throughout the week and I just found out some of you are seeing extra add-ons in your cart that was never placed! I am so sorry if you are dealing with that, I am able to fix it on my end so if you need help with edits to your pledge please reach out to [email protected] with your full name, backer number or email address with the items you need removed and I will get to it right away.
I had reached out to customer service about another bug before finding out about this one, if you noticed 2 different listings for the same mini-moon plush, I was unable to delete it so I just split the quantities in half (So if one says sold out, the other one you are still able to order from)
Really sorry for the confusion, this is my first time using the backerkit platform to manage surveys, but it does make it easy for me to help with making edits so please don't hesitate to reach out! I will be contacting customer support so hopefully we can figure out why it did that.
Everything is currently in the works now with everything on schedule where most items will be showing up by September! The plushies will be taking a little longer so those are still looking to arrive sometime in October which is when I hope to also start shipping all the orders out~

Hello Lunar Squad!
It's been a little while since our last update. In the previous update, I asked you all to vote for the colors for the Blood & Harvest variant of the Mini Moon Keychain Plushies. Thank you for your patience! I wanted to have a photo of them with their approved final colors for the big reveal, which I just received yesterday. So, here’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for~
The winners are... Strawberry & Hunter's Moon!
Strawberry Moon was a clear favorite among the two red choices, but Hunter's Moon won by just ONE VOTE!
At first, Strawberry & Hunter were just code names inspired by the Farmer's Almanac full moon names to help me with the color combos. But now, I want the names to stay. Maybe next year I can look into bringing the other colors to life... Oh no... 🫠
I was waiting for this final piece before sending out the surveys. Now that I have it, you should see those popping up in your inboxes this week. I'm working with Backerkit's Pledge Manager this time around. For those unfamiliar, it's a unified portal that allows backers to access their pledges, select rewards, check on tracking, add to their order, or reach out for customer support. It also lets me create a preorder shop for those who missed out on the Kickstarter. It's a very handy tool that should make this process easier for everyone!
Enamel pins, stickers, and everything else are currently in production with no updates right now and should be ready within the next month. I'm estimating everything to be completed and the Jackalopes on the way to their new homes by October 2024. Surveys will stay open until September, but I'll be back with a few more updates before then!
